Comprehensive HVAC renovation and replacement of two 125-ton air cooled chillers, five air handlers, complete ductwork system, exhaust fans, and VAVs completed in 8 weeks over the summer break.  Renovations also included a complete exterior repaint, electrical system upgrade, structural concrete restoration and repairs, and acoustical ceilings.
